Construction (Design & Management) CDM - Regulations at WATA

A one-day course designed to cover the main points arising from the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations and includes an overview of the legal duties of clients, co-ordinators, contractors and designers. The course also lays the foundations for the later qualifications (see below) where each role is covered in detail. It is recommended that delegates with little or no knowledge of the CDM Regulations attend this prior to the CDM Coordinator course or any of the other CDM courses.
