After years of anticipation, the Corporate Manslaughter and Homicide Act 2007 became law on 6th April 2008. The Act places emphasis on failures by Senior Managers which lead to death in the workplace and organisations will be open to unlimited fines and remedial and publicity orders. This seminar will tell you all you need to know.
