Leading to IEMA Foundation Certificate (Affiliate IEMA) and/or the IOSH Managing Environmental Responsibilities Certificate.

A one-week comprehensive introduction for those new to environmental management. Suitable for managers, safety practitioners and those who need an entry level to IEMA. Ideal for newcomers and /or those for whom environmental management is part of wider responsibilities.

The course examines the potential impact of organisations on the environment, the legal system of control and the fundamentals of environmental management practice. The course is assessed by coursework evaluation together with a short examination at the end of the course.

Outcome: IEMA Foundation Certificate (certificate fee includes a years affiliate membership of IEMA) and/or IOSH Certificate.
