Internal Quality System Auditor

This one-day course provides delegates with the skills required to carry out effective internal quality systems audits. Delegates are asked to bring sample process documents, procedures and work instructions to the course which will be used for the preparation of audit check sheets and auditing activities. The course syllabus includes an overview of the structure, contents and requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000, types of audits, audits planning, audit reporting and follow up. The course also includes an overview of ISO 19011 and the human aspects of auditing.
