Preventative Maintenance for Machine Operators at WATA

This course is structured to keep downtime to a minimum, allowing essential routine maintenance jobs to be completed by machine operators; giving autonomy, job satisfaction and improved retention rates. At the same time your maintenance personnel are free to carry out more essential maintenance work.
The programme includes lubrication, visual and audio inspections, adjustments and alignment practices and basic pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance.
The course can be linked to a Level 2 NVQ in Performing
Manufacturing Operations which can be linked to Train to Gain
funding if applicable.
