Develop your team, handle disciplinary and grievance issues effectively and manage the process of change following this lively and comprehensive two-day course.

What does the course cover?

• Work with team strengths and weaknesses
• 5 different communication styles within a team and the impact of each
• Develop an effective communication style
• How to bring out the best in team members
• Legislation as it effects employment – sex, age, ethnicity, disability, etc
• Using own organisation’s policies and procedures (eg relating to time-keeping, absenteeism, conduct, level of performance, attitude and behaviour, gross misconduct)
• Records and other means to support and monitor the disciplinary process
• The principles of planning change management
• PESTLE and SWOT analysis to identify the need for change
