We are delighted to welcome you to our new Hartford Management Programme. The best of our previous courses, combine with a range of new courses, all of which can be accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
People are a company’s greatest asset. Their professional and personal development is vital to any company's success. Our courses equip staff with skills, knowledge and confidence to carry out their roles more effectively. Many of our participants have considerable technical and professional skills but benefit from developing further skills in leading people, managing time, handling conflict, giving briefings and presentations and much more! We hope you enjoy looking through the wide range of courses we offer.
As you’d expect, all our courses are very practical. Personal action plans are a central component, ensuring that training has a solid foundation for delegates to take back into the workplace. Our training equips staff both for the jobs they do today, and the jobs they will do in the future.
Are the courses accredited?
Yes, if you want them to be! All our courses can count towards the Level 3 First Line Management accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). This qualification can be completed at 3 different levels – Award, Certificate and Diploma. Those who want to gain a qualification complete an assessment. Those who don’t want to do not complete the assessment. See our website www. wata.co.uk or contact us for details of the ILM fees.
