Leadership is vital to the growth of individuals, a team and an organisation. As part of our Hartford Management Summer School we will be looking at what makes a good leader, team leadership tools and how to develop a flexible leadership style. Activities, case studies and leadership techniques promise to make this a highly interactive one day course.
