This three-day course is designed to provide delegates with the skills and knowledge required to develop and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) for their organisation in line with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

The course provides delegates with an understanding of the needs for Quality Management Systems including their structure and contents. Delegates will also acquire the skills to develop and maintain effective process documents, procedures and work instructions.

The final part of the course is designed to provide delegates with the skills required to carry out effective internal quality system audits, and audits of suppliers and contractors. The auditing requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 19011 are considered.
