The first day is intended for delegates wishing to gain an understanding of hand-arm vibration without necessarily needing to gain hands-on experience in the measurement aspects of the subject. It is aimed at safety advisers, managers, supervisors, purchasing and other engineers responsible for activities exposing operators to potential risks from hand-arm vibration. An attendance certificate is provided.
The second day of the course is a practical assessment workshop and provides the additional training needed to acquire the necessary skills for competency in handarm vibration and risk assessment. It is suitable for all levels of management, but is particularly intended to train those people who are actually going to record hand-arm vibration measurements in the workplace.
A WATA certificate will be awarded on successful completion of the course.
